ACCESSORIES

The right setup for every sample

Three accessories extend the same handheld device to liquid samples and to long, continuous scans on larger cuts.

Transmission Fixture

Fast, real-time analysis of liquid samples: rendered fat, dairy and other liquid ingredients. Integrated tungsten lamp, standard cuvettes (0.5 to 10 mm), and thin films or filters up to 3 mm thick.

Liquid Sampling Kit

A set of cuvettes and sample-prep tools for consistent, repeatable liquid-sample scans alongside the transmission fixture: brine, marinades and rendered fat.

Window Collar

A wide-aperture optical window that mounts on the device face for long, continuous sliding scans across larger cuts and product surfaces: whole-muscle cuts, trays and extended line scanning.

Do I need to prepare the sample first?

No. Scan raw meat or a ground sample directly, no extraction or preparation needed.

Can the model be tuned to our specific formulation?

Yes. Our chemometrics team fine-tunes the global model to your product with as few as 20 to 40 reference samples, or builds a fully custom model from 50 to 150.

What if I need to scan liquids or long cuts?

Accessories extend the same device: a transmission fixture and liquid sampling kit for brine, marinades and rendered fat, and a window collar for continuous scans across larger cuts.
