Step 2 — We build your model

We match each device scan to its certified lab result. From these pairs, we build and validate a model trained specifically on your material.

Step 3 — Ready to use

The validated model is loaded into the NIRStudio ecosystem, where your team can access it through the app, ready to use in the field.

Can I use the same device for different types of samples?

Yes. The same device can analyze multiple sample types. The key is selecting the right calibration model in the app and following basic sample preparation guidelines.

Do I need an internet connection to scan samples?

No. The device and app work fully offline for scanning. Once you have internet access, results sync to your personal web portal for storage and analysis.

How accurate are the results compared to laboratory analysis?

Our models are built from thousands of lab-analyzed samples. While NIR is not a replacement for certified laboratory testing in all cases, it provides fast, affordable and reliable values for on-site decision making.

Can I build my own calibrations for my specific material?

Yes. We offer custom calibration development, ideal for companies working with specific materials, regions or products.
